Public offer agreement

This document is an official offer of ZKEM to conclude a contract for the sale of goods/services through the website zkem.ua. By placing an order or making a payment, you confirm your acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
1. Subject of the Agreement

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the current legislation of Ukraine.
6. Final provisions

• Acceptance of this Agreement is the fact of placing an order and/or payment.
• The seller has the right to change the terms of the agreement by publishing an updated version on the website.
